Does "web-based" mean it has to be hosted in the cloud?

No. You have options. We can host your solution remotely, at our secure hosting facitility, or we can install it on your own local server. There are advantages to both. Every agency's situation is unique.

Do you charge more for hosting?

No. We charge the same whether we host your solution on our servers or install them on yours.

What size of departments do you work with?

We have customers of all sizes, from one-man college police departments to an entire country that uses our CAD system.

Do you offer grant assistance?

Yes. We have a full-time grant expert on staff to assist all of our customers and potential customers with funding.

How often is support available?

Are updates and new version releases included in your annual support?

Is data migration/conversion available from our existing software?

Data conversion is available, but every agency's situation is different, and it may not be the best option.
