According to Chief Jon Bunderson, the department needed, “a software company that works for us and not us working for them.” eFORCE Software was that company.
Soda Springs will be using eFORCE Records Management Software (RMS) and e-Citations to improve the efficiency and safety of its officers.
The role and mission of the department is “to maintain professional law enforcement for the citizens of Soda Springs through crime prevention and education, successful patrol techniques and effective traffic enforcement, working in partnership with the community.”
eFORCE Software will be a powerful tool in helping Soda Springs Police Department accomplish its mission. With its browser-based design, officers can access critical records from any device connected to the Internet.
“eFORCE provides affordable, easy-to-use software that minimizes training time and time spent in the office,” said Bunderson.
The software’s user-specific dashboards will help keep officers up-to-date on critical casework and reports. eFORCE RMS will monitor the progress of UCR, IBR and state-specific reports, and even validate the reports as they are being written, ensuring compliance to reporting criteria.
With the addition of e-Citations, Bunderson’s department will also be able to write and manage citations from the convenience of their iPhones, making the process quicker, simpler and more flexible.
“Soda Springs PD is a great addition to the team of eFORCE customers,” said Cory Bowers, President and CEO of eFORCE Software. “Like many others, their partnership will produce results that will benefit all of our current and future customers.”
